I wanted to contribute to the local second hand store in Amsterdam, Stichting Volksbond, also known as John’s shop. John’s always there and proceeds from sales help provide facilities for the homeless in Amsterdam. It’s a great concept and I was happy to be able to donate a new sign-written chalkboard and clothing labels for the thrift store to help drive awareness of the ‘helping the homeless’ message.
