The Heineken Future Bottle design platform was a competition open to designers all over the world. It was a chance to create a limited edition Heineken bottle design. I worked on the digital concept and key creative which was intended to reflect the heritage of Heineken’s past as a sketch morphing into a more futuristic visual. Digital production was a collaboration between agency iris (where I was Head of Design at the time) and Tribal DDB.

It was the first time Heineken allowed their historic archives to be opened to provide inspiration for the design online platform.
One winner, Fernando Degrossi from Brazil, was chosen out of 1000s of entries. His bottle design will become part of Heineken’s archive.
